Unhappy customer I purchased $279.00 tennis racquet and it was sent without strings.
The racquet on the website picture had strings. The ad didn"t have any information about additional string perchasing. Contacted the seller and complained he agreed to apply the strings. And the site was updated on the next day. But I took the screen shot of the site with original information. Got the racquet back with generic strings and not the original. Called back to seek an answer why didn't they apply the original strings as on the picture. received negative respond from the seller. Asked for refund. The seller stop communicating. No reply to my messages nor emails.
Terrible service. False advertisement. I wouldn't recommend this seller.
