Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Customised items (including strung racquets) are strictly not eligible for return or refund.


Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

  • Customised items (including strung racquets) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.


Customised Items

Any product that has been customised, including racquets with stringing service or special orders, is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take full responsibility for items that have genuine manufacturing defects or quality issues.

This does not include:

  • Used items

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper handling

  • Intentional or man-made damage


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised products (e.g., strung racquets, special orders, personalised items)

  • Personal care goods

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
